Shocking allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior towards customers has landed a North Miami Beach beauty supply store employee behind bars. One of those customers was a minor.

According to the exclusively-obtained police report, the alleged incident with the minor happened on Wednesday at M&A Beauty Supply located at 16561 Northeast 8th Avenue.

Detectives say the child, between the age of 12 and 16, entered the store. That’s when Abdur Raquib, 49, made his move. The girl was trying to walk out of the store, when she told detectives that Raquib blocked her way to the door.  He first gave her a hug that she said made her uncomfortable. Then, Raquib allegedly grabbed her buttocks not once, but twice. The alleged victim tried to escape the store, but Raquib grabbed her wrists to prevent her from getting free. She was finally able to get away and immediately told her parents.

A second exclusively-obtained police report, involves an incident on Jan. 4. The customer entered the same store. While the woman tried to make a purchase, police say Raquib tried to kiss her on the lips. After Raquib finally rang up her item, the woman walked to her car. It would not start. The alleged victim said she could see Raquib staring at her from the store window.

After about 10 minutes, he came over to her car. Police say, he starting kissing her neck and fondling her breasts. As he tried to rip off her shirt, detectives say Raquib told the alleged victim to come back into the store. She told him that she would. As soon as Raquib got out of the car, the woman was able to get it started and drove off.

The alleged victim was able to identify Raquib in a police lineup.

Raquib is facing a host of charges for both incidents including: Battery, lewd and lascivious molestation on a child 12-16, and false imprisonment of a child. He's being held on no bond.
