A mother is in jail after cops say she left her two toddlers alone on a Miami street while passed out from a heroin overdose

According to the exclusively obtained arrest report, 38-year-old Rosalind Lebron was lying on the ground at corner of Northwest 1st Avenue and Northwest 13th Street when police arrived. The 2-year-old and 3-year-old kids were next to her in their stroller.

An officer found baby diapers and a syringe with suspected heroin residue in the stroller, the report says.

Paramedics injected the mother with a narcotic reversal and then took her to Jackson Memorial Hospital, the report says.

The Department of Children and Families took custody of the toddlers.

The mother was later arrested. She's facing child neglect and drug charges.  Her bond was set at $5,500.
