Frightening moments on a Miami Beach street were caught on camera. A man holding beer bottles and a gun started shooting.

Take a look at the exclusively-obtained video.

This started when officers were called to the Hotel Croydon for an uninvited guest at the pool area last week.

An officer spotted Juan Ortiz, 29, after he was pointed out by several witnesses who heard the gunshots. According to the police report, Ortiz was told to stop, but ran from officers.

Officers say Ortiz was told to show his hands and get to the ground. Instead, he allegedly threw a beer bottle at police. When more officers showed up, Ortiz was finally taken into custody.

Ortiz remains in jail and is facing several charges including discharging a firearm in public, having possession of a firearm while under the influence, and aggravated assault on an officer.
