"I do this every Sunday."

That's what Andres Jurado, 29, told police when they caught up to alleged voyeur, according to an exclusively-obtained arrest report.

Cops say a woman felt someone bump into her backpack while she was walking on 3rd Street near Jefferson Avenue in Miami Beach on Monday. The woman turned around and noticed Jurado had a cell phone under her skirt, the report says.

Jurado was charged with video voyeurism. He remained in jail Tuesday morning on $1,000 bond.
