Take me out to the ballgame.

A South Florida realtor is suing the Miami Marlins after he allegedly crashed his car while trying to park before a game.

According to the exclusively-obtained crash report, Mark Tenzer was trying to take his wife and two grandchildren (5 and 6) to a Marlins game on August 7, 2018.

While they were trying to pull into one of the garages, Tenzer was following a Ford F150 through an entrance.

It turns out, however, that Tenzer was in an area for service vehicles.

He smashed the front right headlight of his brand new Mercedes into a gate. The crash report estimated the damage at $800.

Tenzer claims the gate was closed by a CSC security employee who didn’t tell him that he was driving in the wrong area. The security company is also being sued by Tenzer.

The Marlins say it was Tenzer’s fault that he drove into the gate, not theirs.

The lawsuit claims that Tenzer was disappointed he and his grandchildren were denied the right to enjoy the pre-game entertainment at Marlins Park and they were late to the game.

Given the Marlins 98-loss season, is that a punishment or a reward?
