Former Miami Hurricanes and NFL player Richard Gordon is behind bars for the second time in less than three months.
Gordon was arrested in North Miami Beach on Wednesday morning for allegedly refusing to leave G5ive strip club.
The exclusively-obtained police report said after Gordon wouldn't leave, he started yelling "aggressively" drawing a crowd. An officer told him to get to the ground and he was arrested.
While in handcuffs, Gordon continued to use foul language and told the security guard when he gets out of jail he is going to beat him up, the report said.
Gordon was arrested in June and charged with domestic battery and battery on a police officer. He also had an AR-15 in his car, which police say he was going to use to shoot up a strip club.
Gordon played tight end for the Miami Hurricanes from 2006-2010, then continued to the NFL suiting up for the Raiders, Chiefs, Titans, and the Broncos.
In Wednesday's incident, Gordon was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.
